Podcasting is like subscribing to your favorite magazine but in audio form. You just have to "subscribe" to a podcast (also referred to as a "newsfeed" or RSS) you will receive each new message automatically!

You do not need an iPod to subscribe to podcasts. You simply need a computer, some software, and an internet connection. One of the most common ways to subscribe is through iTunes.

For iTunes users:

FIRST: INSTALL ITUNES
The latest version of iTunes is available directly from the Apple website. iTunes is free and is available for both Mac and PC. This will allow you to download the most recent podcast from the Rock. Click here to go to the iTunes download page.

SECOND: SUBSCRIBE
You subscribe to our podcast. Just click the "Subscribe using iTunes" link at the top of this page, and iTunes will launch and go directly to our podcast profile. You'll see the Rock's preview image as well as a list of messages. If you would just like one message, you can also download the messages individually. To start receiving the newest podcast and all future podcasts, click the "subscribe" button to subscribe to the podcast.

THIRD: DOWNLOAD
The latest message will automatically begin downloading and you will see previous messages listed and highlighted. Please allow some time for the download, since the file size can be large depending on sermon length. After it is complete, you may begin listening to the message. If you'd like to download previous messages, simply hit the "get" button next to their name.

It's as easy as that!

Once you have downloaded your messages, feel free to burn them to a cd, throw them on any mp3 player, or listen directly from your computer. Take the Rock with you wherever you go!
