Here’s the details for the filming for the weekend! Thanks so much for jumping in!

The PRE Announcements are shifting to hit more of our new guests that are coming in.  These are the people who are really watching the PRE. Most everyone else zones out. So it will be about Fresh Start/RockKIDS/Discover Classes/Where to find events.

The announcements will be on a teleprompter, so no memorization required. I posted the script below for you to look at and get familiar with it. Feel free to use “your” language. So if you’d change a word or phrase, feel free to make it sound more like you.

As far as what to wear: You will be on a white background. So avoid large amounts of white. It will be waist up. Avoid small prints or small stripes. Large prints are great. Color is great. Or neutral if that’s more you!  Wear something that feels like you. Especially if it makes you comfortable.

The only thing you need to bring is a smile and excitement!

Hey Rock! Whether this is your first time here, in person or online or maybe you’ve been with us for a while, we are excited to connect together today as we love God, love people, serve and live a generous life. We hope that you’re encouraged, you’re strengthened, you’re challenged and that you feel the presence of God.

If you are new to this Faith journey, we would love to have you meet us after service at the fresh start wall. There is a team who will pray with you, who will get you hooked up with some resources and help you navigate this new life that you’re in. The Fresh Start team is also available to anyone who would like someone to pray for any needs that you might have.

We have Rockkids ministry going on right now during each one of our services. Our kids aren’t just being watched but they are being taught the gospel and what a life walking with Jesus looks like. Ages are birth to 12 and there’s still time for you to check them in For the first time. We have an amazing team who love kids.

If you have never been through our discover classes, we invite you to go out into the lobby after service and sign up at the next steps wall. These classes will help you find out who we are at the rock, what we believe in and what it looks like to be a member. We also have classes that help you discover who you are and find ways to serve that fit your talents, abilities and personality. Serving is a big part of this house and we would love to help you find a place to serve.  These discover classes are that first step.

The website is also a great resource for you to go back and watch a message you missed, learn more about who we are, find a connect group and give online whether it’s your tithe or supporting our missionaries as well!
